Booking & Payment

While booking, 50% advance payment is mandatory. The remaining amount must be paid before or at the time of play. Booking will be confirmed only after 50% advance payment.

Cancellation & Refunds

100% refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 3 hours of the booking time.

Rescheduling

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 3 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 3 hours may incur additional charges.

Damage & Liability

Users are responsible for any damage caused to the turf, nets, lighting, or other property. Management reserves the right to charge for repairs and make final decisions regarding disputes. The booking party is liable for any injuries or accidents during their booking period.

Rules of Conduct

• No smoking, alcohol or illegal substances on premises. Heavy fine applicable.
• Respect facility staff and follow their instructions at all times
• Wearing appropriate footwear is mandatory:
• Box & 360° Turf: Sports shoes or barefoot only. No slippers.
• Pickleball: Non-marking shoes only (Strictly enforced).
• No outside food or drinks without prior permission
• Maintain decorum and avoid abusive language or behavior
• Keep the premises clean and use designated waste bins

Safety & Security

Management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. CCTV surveillance is in operation for security purposes. First aid facilities are available on premises.

Weather Conditions

In case of adverse weather conditions, bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled by the management. Full refund will be provided only if the booking is cancelled due to weather conditions. If players choose to play despite rain or bad weather, the game will continue and no refund will be issued.

Equipment Usage

Sports equipment provided must be returned in good condition. Damage to equipment will be charged at replacement cost.

Time Management

Please arrive before your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive time extensions. Vacate the turf promptly at the end of your booking to avoid additional charges.

Privacy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in our location.
